Today is the day of all days...it is the birthday of the most beautiful woman in the world. Today my wife is celebrating her 32nd birthday. Now if you ask her she is a little confused and has told some people that she is turning 33. What could I say that has not already been said about the birthday girl????
I will say that I thank God for blessing me with not only a wife that is beautiful but one who is smart, sensitive, caring, spiritual and funny. My wife has a beauty that goes much deeper than her skin. Her heart is as big as the open sky. At Christmas every bell ringer jumps with joy when they see her coming. If anyone ever has a need she is there...even at her own sacrifice. Those that have used her and taken advantage of her kindness are graced with her love and compassion if their need ever arises again. She is a wonderful mommy that is so loved by both of her boys. She is a woman of patience...it shows living with three men. Angie is support of me and my dreams and ambitions. I have never heard her discourage me or tell me I should not follow my dreams. I have heard her call me crazy...followed by saying "but I still love you!!!" Angie never feels as though there is any job that she is to good to do. Often times the jobs no one else wants is what she chooses. This past year before school started they needed someone to clean the bathrooms..who do you think volunteered. There was no one many years ago to do the church bulletin, but who do you think agreed to help out and is stilling doing it. It is a thankless job and many people want to complain or point her mistakes...but who do you think is at the church at 9:00pm Saturday night after working all day......I know!!! Who often times feels sorry for people and she opens her heart and lets them spill their heavy load. Who thinks so thoughtfully about spiritual matters on moment and talks about dirty diapers and dish pans the next and types them on her blog to encourage fellow moms. Who is graceless yet very graceful in her persona. Who will tell you she has no talent and yet has countless awards in classical piano received from the conservatory of music in Canada. Who has gone from making pickled chicken to desserts that people request. Who is this wonderful woman that I love?????
Who is this person that no one else knows as well as I......It is my wife!!!! The most beautiful woman in the world!!!!!!!!!

What a very sweet tribute to your beautiful wife! I don't know her as well as others but I am sure she is everything you said and so much more. She seems like a very sweet person! I hope she has a very Happy Birthday! (I thought she was only turning #30!) That should make her feel better!!! :)

What a beautiful post! I would venture to say it is worth more than any evening out on the town. (So says the woman that has a love language of "words of affirmation." :-)
